How does it work?Using advanced 3-D computer imaging technology to simulate tooth movement, the doctor uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gradually move your teeth. You wear each aligner for about two weeks, moving from one set to the next until your new smile emerges.
How do I know if I am a good candidate for Invisalign?Come in for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Blakeman to determine if you are a candidate for Invisalign. She will perform an evaluation of your teeth and then go over the process of how Invisalign works, show you some of her before and after photos and answer any questions you might have.
What are the steps involved with Invisalign?We take impressions of your teeth, photos and any X-rays that may be needed. Using 3-D computer imaging technology, your treatment plan is converted into a series of precisely customized aligners. You wear each aligner for about two weeks, before moving to the next set in the series. You return for appointments typically once every six weeks. Dr. Blakeman carefully monitors your treatment to ensure that it is progressing as planned. |
